and East End restaurant worlds. On the East End, he is well
remembered as the maitre d’ of Della Femina, Karen
Lee’s and Pacific East. In Manhattan, he held similar
posts at F. Illi Ponte and Markt. Prior to opening Almond,
he operated the restaurant Lunch in the West Village of
Manhattan, which he recently sold.
